At the end of a four-hour hearing on Tuesday, High Court Judge Denis McDonald went home with a book of crucial evidence that barrister Michael Cush, who was first to speak on behalf of pub plaintiffs, hopes to produce in open court to defend the case that they had cover from FBD for losses incurred as a result of Covid-19 restrictions.
