Cork-headquartered solar energy developer and operator Amarenco is suing the financial advisors who facilitated its first major funding deal with overseas investors, High Court records show. Amarenco Solar Ltd, the company at the centre of the Amarenco group, issued plenary proceedings through Holmes O’Malley Sexton solicitors on Tuesday against London-based Sustainable Capital Development LLC, known as SCDL.
