Greencastle Capital, the owner of Joe and Her brands, has acquired the Lovin Media Group from businessman Emmet O’Neill’s investment vehicle Kouchin Holdings. The investment company backed by financier David Sefton has signed a management services agreement with Iconic Labs PLC, which will see it take over the operational and strategic management of Lovin Media. Greencastle and Iconic remain committed to keeping Lovin Media as a separate brand to their existing portfolio.
