A German-based fund that owns shopping centres in Co Kildare and Co Cork has launched two High Court rent actions against bookseller, Eason. Deka Immobilien owns the Whitewater Shopping Centre in Newbridge, Co Kildare and the Mahon Point Shopping Centre in Cork. Eason has stores in both outlets.
