The row over the future of the historic Iveagh market looks set to go before a mediator following exploratory talks between the battling parties in recent days. The Commercial Court was told this morning there had been some progress in negotiations and that senior counsel Michael Cush may be available to act as mediator. A preliminary meeting between representatives of businessman Martin Keane, Arthur Guinness and Dublin City Council has been proposed next Monday.
