Ekco, the data management business cofounded by Eoin Blacklock and Jonathan Crowe, has acquired CTI Global, a cloud infrastructure and IT security firm from the businessman Denis O’Brien. The sale, which was disclosed in filings to the Companies Registration Office, follows the sale by O’Brien of his radio business Communicorp last month. The price paid for the business has not been disclosed but it was the latest multi-million acquisition by Ekco, which is headquartered in Malahide, North Dublin.
