An Bord Pleanála (ABP) has decided “not to approve” amendments being proposed by Dublin City Council to the North Lotts and Grand Canal Dock Strategic Development Zone (SDZ) planning scheme as it believes it has not adequately considered the potential of the area to house more people and businesses in strategic parts of the city.
