Developer Patrick Kearney is suing Ireland’s biggest stockbroker Davy and the 16 former staff who participated in the Anglo bond scandal. Kearney’s company Kilmona Holdings previously settled an action against Davy in 2016 for €2 million. But he is now taking a different legal action following new information that emerged as part of a Central Bank investigation into an Anglo bond deal, a transaction that resulted in the broker being fined €4.1 million by the regulator.
