On April 27, David and Barry Walsh made their way to the Dublin 14 home of their mother Margaret. It was a family affair, but not a social visit. Instead, it was to convene a board meeting of Joe Walsh Tours, one of Ireland’s oldest travel agents and tour operators. All three were directors of the business, with Margaret holding most of the equity.
