The popular south Dublin pub Charles Fitzgerald’s in the seaside village of Sandycove is on the verge of being sold for around €2 million. Famous for its literary connections to James Joyce, the pub was put on the market last February by the Fitzgerald family, which has owned the pub for the last 60 years.
