Almost two decades ago, Seroba, the Irish-based life sciences venture capital firm, launched its first fund. It was the first dedicated Irish life sciences fund and it raised €20 million. Now, it is raising its fourth fund with a target of between €100 million and €150 million to spread across a portfolio of between ten and 13 early-stage investments. Seroba has already invested in 27 companies, bringing ten medical devices and two new therapeutics to market.
