Declan Kelly has made a large fortune by saying the right thing, to the right person at the right time. That’s why Kelly’s performance at a fancy charity fundraiser this week is so damaging. Kelly is alleged to have engaged in “non-consensual touching of a number of women”, according to the Financial Times.
