Ciaran Lee and Eoghan McCabe were in a dive bar called Club 93 in the South of Market neighbourhood in San Francisco. It was August 2011 and, just a few days earlier, they’d incorporated a new company together, along with two other friends called Des Traynor and David Barrett.
