Home Project Centre (HPC), one of Ireland’s leading building providers, has been granted an application for entry to the commercial list of the High Court as it fights to prevent Dennis O’Connor, a former managing director of the business, from selling his 10 per cent stake in the firm to a competitor for €1.1 million.
