Aer Lingus has written to cabin crew today telling them that the pandemic has had a “profound effect” on its business and warned that there was a “likelihood” of lay-offs “from early 2022.” A briefing note circulated to cabin crew reveals a raft of actions the airline is planning to take after it failed to reach an agreement on a “way forward” with its crew.
