Ronan Group Real Estate, the property development group founded by Johnny Ronan, has been granted an interim injunction in the High Court preventing US investment firm Colony Capital from appointing a receiver to a company developing a major development overlooking the River Liffey called the Waterfront site. Colony Capital, which owns 70 per cent of the Waterfront company, planned to develop 1,000 new homes on the site along as well as over 700,000 square feet of offices.
