If you’ve been to Europe or North America or Asia in the last four or five years, you’ll know about electric scooters. They are everywhere. Now, four years after everywhere else, they are coming to Ireland. The Road Traffic and Roads Bill, which has provisions for escooters, was approved by Cabinet on Tuesday, and is about to make its way through the Oireachtas.
