Three Irish executives of one of New York’s biggest construction firms have been convicted of embezzling from union benefits funds. In a federal court in Brooklyn on Friday a jury returned guilty verdicts against Donal O’Sullivan, the founder, owner and President of Navillus, as well as Helen O’Sullivan, his sister and a payroll administrator in the company, and Padraig Naughton, the firm’s financial controller.
