Qatar Holding, the owner of Harrods, is among a small number of final bidders for Selfridges, the luxury department store group that owns Brown Thomas and Arnotts in Ireland. The Weston family put the group, which also owns four stores in Britain and one in the Netherlands, up for sale in May with a price tag of €4.7 billion.
