After a six-month court clash, a settlement deal has been thrashed out by the warring shareholders in Davy Hickey, the highly lucrative property development group behind Citywest in west Dublin. Minority stakeholder Fulman Holdings launched proceedings back in May claiming the board was trying to conceal information and wind up the Davy Hickey business and dispose of assets, worth millions of euro, at an undervalue to shareholders.
