Last week, Dublin biotechnology company Nuritas announced a $45 million funding round to help accelerate its global expansion, bring its total funding to date to a hefty $75 million. The Series B round was led by Chicago-based Cleveland Avenue, the food investor fund led by Don Thompson, the former president and CEO of McDonald’s Corporation.
