Independent News and Media (INM) has failed to stall a High Court damages action brought by its former executives over an alleged data hack at the media group in 2014. The firm is being sued by former chief executive Gavin O’Reilly and Karl Brophy, CEO of PR firm Red Flag over an alleged breach of their constitutional, privacy and data protection rights.
