In 2019 John Sisk and Son launched a joint venture with the Designer Group to create a new facilities management brand. Sensori Facilities Management was formed when Sisk acquired a 50 per cent holding in Designer Group’s facilities management business for an undisclosed sum. Now, Sisk has moved to acquire the entire business and is buying out the stake held by Designer Group, the mechanical and electrical engineering group led by Michael Stone.
