There’s a moment near the start of the game Zelda: Breath of the Wild where your character comes over the crest of a hill, and for the first time you’re hit with a view of Hyrule Kingdom. From your perch you can see broad meandering rivers, plains dotted with wild horses, towns and villages, scary fortresses, mountains, cliffs, and canyons. All waiting for you to explore.
