Tech investment firm Lucey Technology is facing a winding up petition from one of its shareholders, the entrepreneur Philip Gannon. Gannon, who made millions from his business Intelex, which made microwaveable soft toys, invested in the tech firm and worked with founder Ian Lucey on abandoned plans for a €20 million tech innovation hub at the old ferry terminal in Dun Laoghaire.
