Having previously had bailiffs turn up at the door of his Wexford jewellery shop, businessman Frank Hynes is facing a hefty penalty for deliberately under declaring tax two years running. The High Court has approved a 100 per cent penalty against Hynes, who was audited after declaring a nil liability in 2015 and 2016 in respect of income, charges and capital gains tax.
