The former directors of a collapsed luxury car dealership in rural Co Roscommon allegedly used as a “front” for tax purposes have been accused of fraudulent and reckless trading. Kieran and Helena Sherlock were directors of Kleio Tool & Plant Hire when the Revenue Commissioners raised a series of Vat assessments in excess of €2 million against the high-end import/export business that trades in “super cars” such as Rolls Royce, Lamborghini, Ferrari and Porsche.
