There’s more court action in the pipeline for Johnny Ronan’s property group RGRE. An old dispute has reignited involving former companies linked to the developer, Carlovent and Benreef. Both were put into receivership, by Nama, back in 2012. Ronan then took a case claiming he had certain rights of way over development lands held by the two companies at Lehaunstown Lane, Cabinteely, near the Dublin mountains. The developer owned lands adjacent to the site.
