Ireland’s oldest stockbroker Goodbody is set to lease a new landmark headquarters building on the street less than fifty yards from its traditional rival Davy.  The move by Goodbody will see it lease Number 12 Dawson Street, the former headquarters of New Ireland Assurance, which has been redeveloped as 60,000 sq ft of grade A office space spread over two floors. Two floors in the modern building will include landscaped terraces where stockbrokers in Goodbody can enjoy panoramic views overlooking Davy and towards St Stephen’s Green.  The ground floor and basement levels of the building are expected to be occupied…
