Behind a heavy iron door in a modern office block in Bogota is the entrance to the Irish embassy in Colombia. Ireland’s ambassador Fiona Nic Dhonnacha answers the door herself. It is late January and the Embassy is still operating on a skeleton in-office staff due to Covid-19 restrictions.
