Soon, 87 per cent Ireland’s high spec-studio space will be under the control of an American consortium. Hackman Capital Partners, Square Mile Capital and the affiliate MBS group announced a €300 million media campus in Greystones, Co Wicklow, earlier this month. When completed, it will consist of 670,000 square feet of studio space spread across 44 acres, making it the largest studio complex in the country.
