A majority stake in Ireland’s largest estate agent, Sherry FitzGerald, is on the cusp of being sold to one of the country’s most successful entrepreneurs. Tommy Kelly, the founder of e-commerce platform eShopWorld (ESW), is in advanced talks to acquire a majority stake in the business.
