John Given, the experienced corporate lawyer and dealmaker, is joining the accountancy firm KPMG to lead its legal services business. The move is understood to have been months in planning and has been approved by equity partners at the Big Four accountancy firm. Given, an award-winning commercial lawyer, specialises in mergers and acquisitions, as well as the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector.
