Inspiration can often come from unexpected places. For John Power, the inspiration for a potentially game-changing way to deliver Covid vaccines came from his local coffee van. During the various lockdowns, the wonderfully titled “Mama No Drama” coffee van was one of the few businesses that remained open in the Gaeltacht village of Moycullen, and Power was a regular customer.
