It has only now emerged that Altada Technology Solutions director Peter Kearns resigned his board seat three months ago. New company documents show that US investor Kearns, who rescued the embattled Cork-based artificial intelligence start-up from examinership in 2019, sent repeated requests before his departure from the board was duly registered. His initial resignation later, dated May 31, 2022, was “effective immediately” and requested the company to confirm that the appropriate forms were filed with the Companies Registration Office (CRO).
