AIB Equity Capital, the investment arm of the Irish pillar bank, is taking a strategic stake in innovative legal services provider Johnson Hana. The bank has been in talks with Johnson Hana for a number of months and is now in the final stages of closing a deal to buy a minority stake in the company.
