Solicitors for property holding company Hakuba Ltd issued summary proceedings against Dunnes Stores in the High Court on Tuesday, court records show. The nature of the proceedings suggests the plaintiff is advancing a monetary claim against the retailer. Hakuba is the vehicle used by new investors earlier this year to acquire the Point Square shopping centre, part of the wider Point Village development adjacent to the 3 Arena in Dublin’s East Wall area.
