The recruitment industry has gone through similar changes to that of the taxi industry. At The Panel, we have had to transform our business from desktop computers, dial-in internet and an analogue phone system to a CRM and phone system fully on the cloud. That has been a huge help to us over Covid, as we were able to operate fully remotely without any real downtime. The revolution in recruitment technology and how recruitment itself operates now is continuing at pace.
