A creditors’ meeting has been called for Pro-Duct Ventilation Ltd, which employs 70 people in its base in Dublin 12. Founded by Derek Keating and Gerry Maguire in 2008, the company is a specialist ventilation and stainless steel manufacturer that has worked with some of Ireland’s biggest companies including Intel, Microsoft, Glanbia, and Pfizer. In 2012 engineer Bill Whaley joined the company as a third business partner. Keating and Maguire are equal shareholders in the company.
