EMI MR Investments Ltd, a company controlled by businessmen Michael Breslin and Maurice Regan, has lodged an objection in the Dublin Circuit Court to a rescue plan for Brasserie Sixty6, a Dublin 2 restaurant co-owned by award-winning chef Dylan McGrath. Neil Hughes, a partner and insolvency expert at Baker Tilly, who was appointed as process adviser to the company under the Small Companies Administration Process (Scarp) last August has written to the roughly 50 creditors to tell them of the objection.
