Since 2020, private equity firm Livingbridge has invested €90 million in a range of Irish deals. Its portfolio employs over 650 people and it wants to do at least one deal here a year.
Owned by Seamus Lynch, Chill Insurance has expanded rapidly in recent years. With its international footprint, Livingbridge is expected to take the Irish insurer into new markets. The deal is near completion.
