A childcare worker who was dismissed after complaining about a colleague’s behaviour has had her compensation slashed by the Labour Court. Jade Byrne Hoey worked at the Dublin creche chain Hyde and Seek, which is facing a trial on regulatory charges following an undercover RTE investigation.
