Developer Sean Dunne and his ex-wife Gayle Killilea have been refused a hearing in the US Supreme Court challenging a 2019 jury finding that the businessman fraudulently transferred assets to his then spouse before declaring bankruptcy.
A US court has dismissed Sean Dunne's attempt to stop proceeds from the sale of Walford from being used to settle a multi-million damages award against his ex-wife Gayle Killilea after a jury found he fraudulently transferred the property to her. The bankrupt claimed the proceeds were meant for his children.
