There was unusual time pressure on Windhoist Ireland Limited’s petition to the High Court yesterday. North of the Arctic Circle, some 150 contractors of the business are working on a wind farm and living in accommodation paid for by Windhoist Ireland’s Scottish parent, which is also commencing liquidation proceedings in the UK. The temperature around the wind farm is currently minus four degrees celsius during the day and dropping to minus six overnight.
