An American businessman has bought two loans owed by troubled tech company Altada, as at least ten interested parties prepare to submit bids for the business this coming Monday. Receiver Nicholas O’Dwyer of Grant Thornton was appointed as receiver to the company in November after a request by business people Grattan Boylan, Alan Bruce, Lynn Bruce and Noreen Gallagher who provided about €500,000 in debt finance to the firm earlier this year.
