Aggrieved creditors are believed to be behind staff intimidation, theft, and a masked attack on sites owned by insolvent homebuilder Blacklough Construction, the High Court has heard. The company which last month went into examinership with debts of €3.9 million has been the subject of a number of serious incidents, including an attack that left an employee badly injured.
