My colleague Ailbhe returned from a seminar recently and announced that the future will be a four-day working week. This idea is not new to me. In fact, ICE Group, a recruitment company in Galway, actively embraces the concept. Margaret Cox, a director of ICE Group, has evangelised the idea with me and is adamant it is a very positive experience both for their team and their clients.
