The €50 million Huntstown bioenergy plant will generate up to 4.8 megawatt to hour of renewable electricity from Dublin’s waste, Energia’s website claims. The Irish energy group, owned by US private equity firm I Squared Capital, acquired CEHL (Dublin) Bioenergy Limited and its subsidiary Huntstown Bioenergy Limited, from Donegal-based Connective Energy Holdings in May 2018.
