Irish property managers have teamed up with a mid-sized British vulture fund and raised finance from a leading Wall Street investment bank to assemble a portfolio of hundreds of individual rental apartments across Ireland’s main cities, an investigation by The Currency and the Dublin Inquirer reveals. Their business, called iLiv, is based in Dublin and led by directors Padraic O’Reilly and Jarlath Moran.
