Paul Coyle, the founder of cake decorations company Decobake, has been refused leave to appeal his long-running losing battle to regain control of his business to the Supreme Court. Coyle, a former director of Decobake, has been involved in various failed legal battles in relation to his former business since June 2017. This latest action saw Justice Peter Charleton, Justice Marie Baker and Justice Gerard Hogan issue a judgment on January 12 in relation to Coyle.
